Lingo Systems welcomes proposals from individuals to help us deliver amazing software for the business of health care delivery.
The systems we build will not make the cover of Wired. Slip our product names into a BBQ conversation and you will get a blank stare. But the nurses, managers and executives who are our clients will wonder how they ever did without it.
We offer flexibility

Not a guru but have the personality traits we are looking for? No worries, we are prepared to train and coach people with the 'right stuff'.
What we look for
- Software developers who are fluent in MS.NET, MS-SQL 2005+
- 'Can-do', 'will-do'
- Be prepared to be sign your name to the code you write, like a hospital depends upon it
- Simple is beautiful
- Be prepared to spend some time onsite, working alongside our clients at their cramped desks.
- Release early and often
Above all, we look for practical, down-to-earth, right-not-righteous folk who want to transform health care.
We're probably the wrong company for you if...
- You believe html tables should only ever be done in CSS
- Your development environment is so complicated it takes an eternity to boot
- Your first questions is how much will you get paid
- Shouldn't release until it is perfect
Again we emphasise your approach should (1) be practical, (2) time effective, (3) uncomplicated, and (4) it's about the customer, stupid to coin a phrase.
